Dale currently acts as consulting trainer for Fairbanks Valley Farm and the Dotson Family in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

Rudy Leone : Technical Coordinator
When Rudy moved from Switzerland to Northern California over 30 years ago, his goal was to establish one of the top show barns on the west coast. His ability to teach and his passion for the horse quickly built his reputation. Being able to produce and bring along young horses for their respective owners and have them win at all levels created a demand for his knowledge. Each year many clients come to Rudy for help in finding the perfect horse. For more than twenty-five years he has been traveling
to Europe to find horses for clients through his contacts overseas.

His ability to match horses and riders has allowed him to follow one of his passions by starting a consignment business. He says, "There is nothing like helping a rider find just the right horse."

Since he has stepped out of the show ring, Rudy has also helped many riders compete successfully at the highest levels.

Support Team

Adrienne Karazissis :
Executive Assistant

Adrienne Karazissis has been in love with horses since her first My Little Pony. She started riding when she was 8 not realizing that one day horses would become her career. She graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Marketing, but her real skills learned in college were when she was a Resident Assistant in the Residenta Halls at school and ran for President of the student body. People skills is what she brings to the team. Whether dealing with exhibitors, trainers, vendors, management, officials and everyone else that makes a horse show, a horse show, Adrienne is in the middle of it all!
